I was born and raised in Houston, Texas and attended Texas A&M University where I earned my Bachelor's (2009), Master's (2012) and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degrees (2016).
While at Texas A&M I was a member of B-Battery in the Corps of Cadets and Fightin' Texas Aggie Band where I played the piccolo.
I am a proud military spouse and my husband Jim and I have been fortunate to live and practice in many states including Kansas, Missouri, New York, and Louisiana. We are so happy to be back in our home state of Texas!
My professional interests include feline medicine and I am currently a member of the American Association of Feline Practitioners. I also have a strong interest in internal medicine and preventive care.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and two cats, Midge and Gustav. I also enjoy woodworking, stain glass making, baking and other crafts.
At a very young age I always knew I wanted to be a veterinarian and never considered any other profession. I love taking your pets and want to provide the best care for a long and happy life with you!
